We have a no refund policy, which means all sales are final once an order is placed and processed.
To be eligible for any consideration regarding an issue with your order, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your issue is accepted, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products, including custom items, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order and it is approved, a replacement may be issued at our discretion.
Refunds
